What does pre-order mean?
Items are made upon order. Each item is hand printed locally in Philadelphia and requires 2-3 weeks production time. Once your order is complete, tracking information will be sent via email.
What is the status of my order?
We have you covered! We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order. Can't find the email? Click here to check the status of your order. COVID-19 potential delivery delay: our carriers are currently experiencing delays in delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
Can I expedite my shipping?
Yes! Once your order is ready we offer expedited shipping options within checkout. Paying for expedited shipping does NOT expedite production time.
Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
At this time we do not offer international shipping and cannot accept credit cards from outside of the United States.
How can I pay for my order?
Clothing Shop Online currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal.
How long will it take me to get my order?
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days.
How can I check the status of my order?
We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be initiated through our returns page.
Can I exchange or return my order?
If you’d like to make an exchange or return on unused goods, please email us at email@example.com. Returns and exchanges are accepted for all items within 14 days of delivery.
What do I do if my order is damaged?

I received the wrong goods, what do I do?
Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our traphouse. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and we are here to make things right. Please email email@example.com.
