 New Juice Recipe 
3 Beets
1 Green Apple
1 Handful of Spinach
3 Carrots
2 Handfuls of Kale
1 Handful of Parsley
 My Favorite Breakfast 
 Whole Grain Flakes
2 Strawberries
1/2 Banana
Sprinkled with Blueberries

  1. I am on a healthy lifestyle journey as well and I think it is great that you are taking control of your health! I haven’t tried juicing yet mainly because it seems a little time consuming but I might invest in a juicer and give it a try!

  2. Work it out! My family used to juice way back in the day, but I want to try again soon. I’m doing Weight Watchers points, which I think is good because it’s ultimately teaching me portion control and to pick healthier options. But yeah, juicing is really the ish. Keep it up! 🙂

  3. ok so i totally punked out on joining the juicing kick after i went and got a green juice from the health spot. It was Kale, Celery, something something, and lime. Tasted ok. Thought i could drink it everyday for a while. But that same day every time i reflected on the taste i made myself nauseous. Haven’t revisited the idea but yours looked yummy!!! Your whole breakfast looks scrumptious! You work out in the mornings????? We seriously need to be texting buddies ( cause I’m still waiting on my email from you ma’am lol) so that you can be my rabbit. Working out on a sunday too? sheesh!
